2004 Burney Falls (1st)
Up

On May 15, 2004, the Troop headed to Burney Falls for hiking and fishing. The photos below were taken during the trip. (Yours truly was not on this trip, one of our other photographers captures these shots.)

A view of Burney Falls.

One of the more amazing features is the water seeping out of the rocks.

When the weather is hot and you've been hiking for a while, it's good to find some shade. I hope the other trolls don't mind if we hang out for a while.

It's always important to stay hydrated on the trails.

Scouts have to figure out exactly what fishing gear to bring and what to use. It's complicated, but the rewards can be worth it.

Okay, I see ya down there. How about a nice lure for dinner?

How does that saying go? "A bad day of fishing sure beats a good day at work..."

A group shot.
